Analysis of the Impact of Personalized Integrated Nursing Intervention on Clinical Effects and Pregnancy Outcomes in Patients with Gestational Dia-betes
Objective To analyze the value of personalized integrated nursing intervention for gestational diabetes. Methods A total of 82 patients with gestational diabetes admitted to Rongcheng People's Hospital from July 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into study group and control group by different nursing meth-ods,with 41 cases in each groups. The control group received routine nursing on the basis of the control group, and the study group received personalized integrated nursing intervention. The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes(giant infant, postpartum hemorrhage,low-birth-weight-infant),Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)and Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)scores, and blood glucose indicators(fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose),and satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the study group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After in-tervention,the SDS and SAS scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).After intervention, the blood glucose indexes of the study group were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).After intervention, the satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Personalized integrated nursing intervention for patients with gestational diabetes has lower in-cidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes, higher satisfaction, and faster relief of adverse emotions.
