Objective To explore the effect of refined nursing mode on elderly patients with diabetic foot.Methods A total of 94 elderly patients with diabetic foot admitted to Feixian People's Hospital from September 2022 to Septem-ber 2023 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into fine group and normal group by different nurs-ing methods,with 47 cases in each group.The fine group received fine nursing mode,and the normal group received normal nursing mode.Blood glucose(fasting plasma glucose,2-hour postprandial plasma glucose),emotional state(anxiety score,depression score),pain and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Before nurs-ing,there were no significant difference in fasting plasma glucose and 2-hour postprandial plasma glucose between the two groups(both P＞0.05).After nursing,the fasting plasma glucose and 2-hour postprandial plasma glucose levels in the fine group were lower than those in the normal group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P＜0.05).After nursing,the scores of anxiety and depression in both groups decreased,and the scores in the fine group were lower than those in the normal group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P＜0.05).After nurs-ing,the pain score of the fine group was lower than that of the normal group,and the difference was statistically signifi-cant(P＜0.05).The satisfaction of the fine group was higher than that of the normal group,and the difference was sta-tistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Fine nursing mode can maintain high excellent and good rate of wound re-covery,reduce blood glucose,relieve foot pain and improve satisfaction,which has clinical application value.
