Objective To analyze the value of critical value nursing mode in emergency diabetes ketoacidosis patients.Methods From January 2020 to December 2023,60 patients with emergency diabetic ketoacidosis admitted to Xuyi County People's Hospital were selected as the research objects.They were divided into two groups according to differ-ent nursing methods.30 patients in the observation group were treated with critical value nursing mode intervention,and 30 patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing intervention.The blood glucose levels(glycated hemoglobin Alc,2-hour postprandial plasma glucose,fasting plasma glucose),quality of life scores(psychological function,physiological function,environmental score,social score),negative emotion scores(self-rating anxiety scale,self-rating depression scale)and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the levels of glycated hemoglobin Alc,2-hour postprandial plasma glucose and fasting plasma glucose in the observa-tion group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P＜0.05).The quality of life scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P＜0.05).After nursing,the scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P＜0.05).The nursing satis-faction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically signifi-cant(P＜0.05).Conclusion For patients with diabetes ketoacidosis,the application of critical value nursing is of posi-tive significance,which can improve the blood glucose level of patients,reduce the bad emotin of patients,improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction of patients.
