Objective To evaluate the perioperative effect of detailed nursing in elderly patients with diabetic feet. Methods The clinical data of 60 elderly patients with diabetic foot admitted to Shizhong District People's Hospital of Jinan from January 2020 to October 2023 were retrospectively selected.According to the same nursing methods, they were divided into control group and observation group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received detailed nursing. The incidence of adverse event, nursing satisfaction and emotional status(anxiety and depression scores)of the two groups of elderly patients with diabetic feet were compared. Results Compared with the control group, the adverse event rate of the observation group was lower, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the con-trol group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of Hamilton Anxiety Scale and Hamilton Depression Scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statisti-cally significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion The value of detailed nursing in the perioperative period of elderly patients with diabetic foot is high, which has a good effect on regulating bad mood and reducing incidence of adverse events.
