Objective To analyze the effect of resistance exercise combined with individualized nutrition on gesta-tional diabetes mellitus(GDM).Methods A total of GDM 68 patients diagnosed and treated in the Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Shaowu City from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into conventional group and combined group according to different treatment methods,with 34 cases each.The conven-tional group was given individualized nutrition therapy,and the combined group was given resistance exercise therapy on the basis of individualized nutrition therapy.The clinical efficacy,incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome,blood glucose level(fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial glucose,glycated hemoglobin A1c,glycated albumin),lipid metabolism index(triglyceride,total cholesterol)of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the conven-tional group,the total effective rate of treatment in the combined group was higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 2 months of treatment,the levels of fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glu-cose,glycated hemoglobin A1c,and glycated albumin in two groups were reduced,and the reduction was greater in the combined group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After 2 months of treatment,the lev-els of triglyceride and total cholesterol were decreased in both groups,and the reduction range was greater in the com-bined group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Compared with the conventional group,the incidence of neonatal adverse outcomes and maternal adverse pregnancy outcomes in the combined group were lower,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of resistance exercise combined with individualized nutrition treatment in GDM patients was obvious,which significantly reduced the blood glucose level and lipid metabolism indexes,and improved the pregnancy outcome.
