Objective To analyze the detection value of serum lipoprotein(a)[Lp(a)],lipoprotein-associated phospho-lipase A2(Lp-PLA2)and tenascin C(TNC)in patients with diabetic kidney disease(DKD).Methods A total of 60 pa-tients diagnosed with diabetes and no kidney damage who were admitted to Jilin People's Hospital from January to De-cember 2022 were selected as the control group, and 60 patients diagnosed with DKD stage 3 were selected as the ob-servation group.General and laboratory parameters(age, diabetes history, hemoglobin, fasting blood glucose,creati-nine,urea nitrogen, urinary microalbumin)were compared between the two groups, and Lp(a),Lp-PLA2 and TNC lev-els were detected.Multivariate Logistic regression method was used to analyze the risk factors of DKD,and receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve was used to analyze the predictive value of each index to DKD.Results The dia-betes history, fasting blood glucose, urinary microalbumin, serum Lp(a),Lp-PLA2 and TNC in observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Increased levels of urinary microalbumin, serum Lp-PLA2 and TNC were independent risk factors for DKD(all P<0.05).ROC results showed that the area under curre of serum Lp(a),Lp-PLA2 and TNC combined detection was higher than that of se-rum Lp(a),Lp-PLA2 and TNC alone detection. Conclusion Lp(a),Lp PLA2,and TNC have certain predictive value for DKD,and the combined detection effect is better than a single indicator.
