Effects of Double C Intervention Regimen on Blood Glucose Fluctuation,Blood Glucose Compliance Time and Insulin Dosage during Chemo-therapy in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus Complicated with Ovar-ian Cancer
Objective To analyze the effects of double C intervention on blood glucose fluctuation,blood glucose com-pliance time and insulin dosage in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with ovarian cancer during che-motherapy.Methods From September 2022 to September 2023,90 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with ovarian cancer who received chemotherapy in the Department of Oncology of Joint Logistics Support Force 910 Hospital were selected as the research objects.According to the different blood glucose control methods,they were di-vided into control group and observation group,45 cases in each group.The control group received routine blood glu-cose intervention,and the observation group received double C intervention program.The changes of blood glucose fluctuation(awerage blood glucose fluctuation range and absolute difference of daytime blood glucose average),blood glucose compliance time and insulin dosage were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the changes of blood glucose fluctuation,blood glucose compliance time and insulin dosage in the two groups were signifi-cantly improved compared with those before intervention,the average blood glucose fluctuation range,the absolute dif-ference of daytime blood glucose average and insulin dosage in the observation group were lower than those in the con-trol group,and blood glucose compliance time was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statisti-cally significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion During the period of chemotherapy,patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with ovarian cancer have a certain effect on routine blood glucose intervention,but there is a large room for improvement.Compared with routine medication control and nutritional support,the double C intervention program can significantly improve the fluctuation range of blood glucose,improve the daily blood glucose compliance time and reduce the insulin dosage,so as to help patients receive clinical treatment more safely and efficiently.
