Objective To analyze the effect of trinity new home nursing of patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods A total of 80 patients with type 2 diabetes admitted to Linyi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to July 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into study group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine home care,and the study group was given trinity new home nursing.The blood glucose indexes(fasting blood glucose,2-hour postpran-dial blood glucose,glycated hemoglobin A1c),self-management behavior scores(diet,blood glucose detection,exer-cise,foot care,drug treatment),and compliance behavior rate were compared between the two groups.Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference in blood glucose index between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the blood glucose index of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically sig-nificant(P<0.05).The self-management behavior score and compliance behavior rate of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion The imple-mentation of trinity new home nursing intervention in type 2 diabetes can improve the patient's blood glucose index,improve the patient's compliance behavior and self-management behavior.
