To Explore the Impact of Multidisciplinary Collaborative Preventive Care on the Incidence of Severe Preeclampsia in Patients with Gestational Diabe-tes Mellitus
Objective To explore the effect of preventive nursing on gestational diabetes mellitus under multidisci-plinary cooperation.Methods A total of 80 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus admitted to Linyi Lanshan Dis-trict People's Hospital from April 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into observation group(40 cases)and control group(40 cases).The observation group was given preventive nursing under multidisciplinary cooperation,and the control group was given routine nurs-ing.The nursing satisfaction,blood glucose level(fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose,glycated hemoglobin A1c),self-management score(diet management,exercise management,blood glucose monitoring manage-ment,foot care management)and incidence of adverse neonatal outcomes were compared between the two groups.Results After 8 weeks of nursing,the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The blood glucose level of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The self-management scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were sta-tistically significant(all P<0.05).The incidence of neonatal adverse outcomes in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of preventive nursing in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus under multidisciplinary cooperation can improve the patient's nursing satisfaction,improve the blood glucose level,improve the self-management ability,and reduce the incidence of adverse neonatal outcomes.The application value is significant.
