Objective To analyze the clinical effect of integrated nursing mode for diabetic renal hemodialysis pa-tients.Methods A total of 84 patients with diabetic nephropathy who underwent hemodialysis in the People's Hospi-tal of Qianxinan Buyi and Miao Autonomous Prefecture from July 2021 to July 2023 were selected as the research ob-jects.According to different nursing methods, they were divided into control group and study group, with 42 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the study group added the integrated nursing mode of medical care on the basis of routine nursing. The incidence of complications(hypotension, arrhythmia, hypoglycemia, internal fistula occlusion),blood glucose index(fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose),compliance score(diet, fluid intake, medication, dialysis regimen)and quality of life score were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention, the incidence of complications in the study group was 4.76%(2/42),which was lower than 28.57%(12/42)in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(χ2=8.574,P=0.003).After nursing, the levels of fasting blood glucose and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose in the two groups were lower, and those in the study group were lower than the control group, the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The com-pliance scores and quality of life scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group, and the differ-ences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The integrated nursing mode for patients with diabetic re-nal hemodialysis can effectively reduce the incidence of complications during hemodialysis, improve blood glucose lev-els,improve compliance and quality of life.
