Effect of High-quality Nursing on Neoadjuvant Chemotherapy of Breast Cancer Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

摘要
目的 分析优质护理对乳腺癌(breast cancer,BC)合并2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes mellitus,T2DM)新辅助化疗患者的影响.方法 选取2023年1-12月潍坊市中医院收治的BC合并T2DM的60例患者为研究对象,根据不同护理方法分为对照组和观察组,各30例.两组均开展新辅助化疗方案,对照组行常规护理,观察组行优质护理.比对两组主观整体评估量表(Patient-generated Subjective Global Assessment,PG-SGA)评分、生活质量核心量表(European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer Quality of Life Questionnaire,EORTC QLQ-C30)评分、血糖控制达标率、血糖控制达标时间、护理满意度.结果 观察组PG-SGA评分、血糖控制达标率、血糖控制达标时间、EORTC QLQ-C30评分及护理满意度均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).结论 优质护理可改善患者营养状况,加强血糖控制,可提升患者护理满意度、生命质量.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of high quality nursing on patients with breast cancer(BC)complicated with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)undergoing neoadjuvant chemotherapy.Methods A total of 60 patients with BC and T2 DM admitted to Weifang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to December 2023 were se-lected as the research objects.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into control group and obser-vation group,with 30 cases in each group.Both groups received neoadjuvant chemotherapy.The control group re-ceived routine nursing,and the observation group received high-quality nursing.Patient-generated Subjective Global Assessment(PG-SGA)score,European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer Quality of Life Question-naire(EORTC QLQ-C30)score,blood glucose control compliance rate,blood glucose control compliance time,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The PG-SGA score,blood glucose control compli-ance rate,blood glucose control compliance time,EORTC QLQ-C30 score and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion High quality nursing can improve the nutritional status of patients,strengthen blood glucose control,im-prove patients'nursing satisfaction and quality of life.
