Effects of Personalized Nursing Combined with Cognitive Behavioral Inter-vention on Glucose and Lipid Metabolism,Anxiety and Depression and Quality of Life in Obese Women with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus
Objective To analyze the effects of personalized nursing combined with cognitive behavioral intervention on glucose and lipid metabolism,anxiety,depression and quality of life in obese women with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 128 obese female patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus treated in Yidu Central Hospital of Wei-fang from February 2022 to February 2024 were selected as the research objects.According to different nursing meth-ods,they were divided into control group(n=64)and observation group(n=64).The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received personalized nursing combined with cognitive behavioral intervention.Blood glucose index,psychological status score,quality of life score and nursing compliance were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the levels fasting plasma glucose,2-hour postprandial plasma glucose,anxiety and depression scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the nursing compliance and quality of life scores were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of individualized nursing combined with cognitive behavioral intervention on obese women with type 2 diabetes mellitus is definite,which can improve the levels of glucose and lipid metabolism,anxi-ety,depression,quality of life of patients.
