Objective To analyze the nursing effect of high quality nursing in hemodialysis patients with diabetic ne-phropathy.Methods From January 2021 to July 2023,a total of 60 hemodialysis patients with diabetic nephropathy re-ceived by the Blood Purification Center of Yancheng NO.1 People's Hospital were selected as the research objects.According to different nursing methods, they were divided into observation group and control group,30 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received high quality nursing. The psy-chological state level[Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)],blood glucose index level[glycated hemoglobin A1c(HbA1c),fasting blood glucose(FBG),2-hour postprandial blood glucose(2 hPBG)]and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The SAS and SDS scores of the obser-vation group were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The levels of HbA1c,FBG and 2 hPBG in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The imple-mentation of high-quality nursing for hemodialysis patients with diabetic nephropathy can improve the psychological state of patients, decrease their blood glucose level, promote the recovery of renal function, and reduce adverse reac-tions.
