Objective To analyze the diagnostic effect of microalbuminuria/creatinine(mALB/Cr),urinary α1-micro-globulin(α1-MG)and urinary β2-microglobulin(β2-MG)in early diabetic nephropathy. Methods The clinical data of 55 patients with early diabetic nephropathy(early diabetic nephropathy group)and 47 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(normal proteinuria group)admitted to Quanzhou First Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were retrospectively selected. The mALB/Cr,α1-MG and β2-MG test results of all patients were analyzed, the single test and combined test in the diagnosis of early diabetic nephropathy was compared. Results The mALB/Cr,α1-MG and β2-MG test results of the early diabetic nephropathy group were higher than those of the normal proteinuria group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve results showed that the sensitivity, specificity were higher than those of mALB/Cr,α1-MG and β2-MG single test. Conclusion The detection of mALB/Cr,α1-MG and β2-MG in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus can identify early diabetic nephropathy as soon as possible.Compared with single test, the diagnostic efficiency of combined test are higher, which can prevent the occurrence of complications in time and provide a reliable basis for the next treat-ment.
