Role of Serum Cystatin C,β2-microglobulin and Urine ACR Test in the Diagnosis of Renal Injury in Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

摘要
目的 分析2型糖尿病肾损伤诊断中血清胱抑素C(serum cystatin C,CysC)、β2-微球蛋白(β2-micro-globulin,β2-MG)、尿白蛋白肌酐比值(urinary albumin creatinine ratio,ACR)检验的诊断价值.方法 选择2022年1月—2023年12月盐城市第一人民医院收治的100例2型糖尿病肾损伤患者作为研究组,同期选择100例糖尿病患者作为对照组,检测所有患者CysC、β2-MG,ACR指标水平,分析其对2型糖尿病肾损伤诊断中的价值.结果 研究组的CysC、β2-MG及ACR水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).CysC、β2-MG和ACR联合检测的特异度和灵敏度高于单一检测.结论 CysC、β2-MG和ACR联合检测,可提高对2型糖尿病肾损伤的检出率,且能够提高其特异度和灵敏度,对早期糖尿病肾损伤的诊断价值较高.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of serum cystatin C(CysC),β2-microglobulin(β2-MG)and urinary albumin creatinine ratio(ACR)in the diagnosis of renal injury in type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 100 patients with type 2 diabetic diagnostic injury admitted to Yancheng First People's Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study group,and 100 diabetic patients were selected as the control group dur-ing the same period.The levels of CysC,β2-MG and ACR were detected in all patients,and the value in the diagno-sis of type 2 diabetic diagnostic injury was analyzed.Result The levels of CysC,β2-MG and ACR in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The speci-ficity and sensitivity of combined detection of CysC,β2-MG and ACR were higher than those of single detection.Conclusion The combined detection of CysC,β2-MG and ACR can improve the detection rate of renal injury in type 2 diabetes,and can improve its specificity and sensitivity.It has high diagnosis value for early diabetic renal injury.
