Application Value of Insulin Glargine+Repaglinide in the Treatment of Elderly Diabetes Mellitus

摘要
目的 分析甘精胰岛素与瑞格列奈在老年糖尿病患者中的应用价值.方法 选取2021年1月—2023年12月铜陵市第三人民医院收治的92例老年糖尿病患者为研究对象,根据不同治疗方法分为两组,各46例.对照组给予甘精胰岛素治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予瑞格列奈治疗.比较治疗后两组血糖水平、胰岛功能及不良反应发生率.结果 治疗后,观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖及糖化血红蛋白指标均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).治疗后,观察组胰岛功能指标(空腹胰岛素、空腹C肽及餐后2 h C肽)水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 对老年糖尿病患者实施甘精胰岛素治疗的同时,辅以瑞格列奈治疗,能够显著控制血糖水平,改善胰岛功能,安全性良好.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the application value of insulin glargine and repaglinide in elderly patients with dia-betes mellitus.Methods A total of 92 elderly patients with diabetes mellitus admitted to Tongling Third People's Hos-pital from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into two groups,with 46 cases in each group.The control group was treated with insulin glargine,and the observation group was treated with repaglinide on the basis of the control group.The blood glucose levels,islet function and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups after treatment.Results After treatment,the fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose and glycated hemoglobin A1c in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of islet function indexes(fasting insulin,fasting C-peptide and 2-hour post-prandial C-peptide)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The treatment of el-derly diabetic patients with insulin glargine combined with repaglinide can significantly control blood glucose levels,improve islet function,and has good safety.
