Objective To analyze the application effect of high-quality nursing+diet intervention nursing on diabetes patients with hypertension.Methods A total of 80 patients with diabetes mellitus combined with hypertension admit-ted to the Department of Cardiology of People's Hospital of Macheng City from May 2020 to January 2023(including 1 year follow-up time)were selected as the study objects and divided into comparison group(40 cases,general nursing)and effect group(40 cases,general nursing+high-quality nursing and diet intervention nursing)according to different nursing methods.Nutritional risk,blood glucose,blood pressure,compliance and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the nutritional risk,levels of fasting plasma glucose,2-hour postprandial plasma glucose,glycated hemoglobin A1c,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of the effect group were lower than those of the comparison group,and the compliance performance and satisfaction were higher than those of the comparison group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of high-quality nursing and diet intervention nursing in diabetic patients with hypertension can better improve blood glucose levels,reduce nutritional risks,and enhance quality of life and satisfaction.
