Objective To analyze the effect of nursing intervention on the safe injection of insulin in diabetes patients.Methods A total of 62 diabetes patients hospitalized in Chizhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2021 to April 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into control group and observation group according to different nursing methods,with 31 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the obser-vation group added personalized skill guidance nursing.The incidence of adverse reactions,treatment compliance rate and satisfaction rate were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of adverse reactions in observa-tion group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment compliance rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the differ-ence was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Effective implementation of individualized skill guidance nurs-ing intervention can reduce adverse reactions and improve compliance rate.
