Objective To analyze the application of evidence-based fine nursing in the treatment of vacuum sealing drainage(VSD)in patients with diabetic foot ulcer.Methods A total of 86 patients with diabetic foot ulcer admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical University from April 2021 to October 2023 were selected as the re-search objects.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 43 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received evidence-based fine nursing.After intervention,the scores of pain,quality of life and foot symptoms were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of pain,quality of life and foot symptoms in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of evidence-based fine nursing in VSD treatment of patients with diabetic foot ulcer can reduce the pain of patients and improve the quality of life and foot symptoms of patients.
