Application Effect of Chronic Disease Management Concept and Diversi-fied Nursing in Female Patients of Coronary Heart Disease Complicated with Diabetes Mellitus
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of chronic disease management and diversified nursing inter-vention in female patients of coronary heart disease complicated with diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 100 fe-male patients of coronary heart disease complicated with diabetes mellitus admitted to the Department of Cardiology of People's Hospital of Macheng City from March 2021 to July 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into two groups according to different nursing methods.The reference group(50 cases)was given traditional general nurs-ing intervention,while the study group(50 cases)was given chronic disease management concepts and diversified nursing intervention.Self-management ability scores,total nursing satisfaction and blood glucose index levels were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the self-emotion management score,symptom management score and medication compliance score of the study group were higher than those of the reference group,and the differ-ences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the levels of fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose,glycated hemoglobin A1c in the study group were lower than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The combined appli-cation of chronic disease management concept and diversified nursing intervention in female patients of coronary heart disease complicated with diabetes mellitus can improve patients'self-management ability,effectively reduce blood glucose levels,and has higher nursing satisfaction.
