Effect of Motivational Psychological Intervention on Self-perceived Bur-den and Quality of Life of Patients with Lung Cancer Complicated with Diabetes Mellitus during Chemotherapy

目的 探讨激励式心理干预对肺癌合并糖尿病化疗期间的自我感受负担和生活质量的影响.方法 回顾性选取2021年2月—2022年12月山东国欣颐养集团枣庄中心医院收治的82例肺癌合并糖尿病患者的临床资料,按照护理方式的不同分为观察组和对照组,各41例.对照组行常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施激励式心理干预.比较两组自我感受负担量表(Self-perceived Burden Scale for Cancer Patients,SPBS-CP)评分、生活质量评分、血糖水平(空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖).结果 干预后,观察组SPBS-CP评分、各项血糖水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).干预后,观察组各项生活质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).结论 肺癌合并糖尿病患者实施激励式心理干预,可降低其自我感受负担、血糖水平,提高生活质量.
Objective To explore the effect of motivational psychological intervention on self-perceived burden and quality of life in patients with lung cancer complicated with diabetes mellitus during chemotherapy.Methods The clinical data of 82 patients with lung cancer complicated with diabetes mellitus admitted to Shandong Guoxin Yiyang Group Zaozhuang Central Hospital from February 2021 to December 2022 were retrospectively selected and divided into observation group and control group according to different nursing methods,with 41 cases in each group.The pa-tients in the control group were given routine nursing,and the observation group was given incentive psychological in-tervention on the basis of the control group.The score of Self-perceived Burden Scale for Cancer Patients(SPBS-CP),quality of life score,and blood glucose level(fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose)were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the SPBS-CP score and blood glucose levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After intervention,the quality of life scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the dif-ferences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of incentive psychological inter-vention in patients with lung cancer and diabetes mellitus can reduce the self-perceived burden,blood glucose level and improve their quality of life.
