Objective To analyze the clinical effect of ordinary insulin combined with insulin aspart in the treatment of patients with diabetic ketoacidosis. Methods The clinical data of 132 patients with diabetic ketoacidosis admitted to Xiamen Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2021 to October 2023 were retrospectively selected.According to the different treatment methods, they were divided into control group(ordinary insulin treatment)and ob-servation group(ordinary insulin+insulin aspart treatment),66 cases in each group. The clinical related indexes(blood glucose recovery time, blood pH recovery time, insulin dosage, urine ketone negative time, correction of acido-sis time),serum β-hydroxybutyric acid and urine ketone body levels, hypoglycemia and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The clinical related indexes of the observation group were better than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After 5 days of treatment, the levels of serum β-hydroxybutyric acid and urine ketone body in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The incidence of hypoglycemia in the ob-servation group was 6.06%(4/66),which was lower than 33.33%(22/66)in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(x2=18.132,P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 6.06%(4/66),which was lower than 22.73%(15/66)in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(x2=7.439,P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of ordinary insulin combined with insulin aspart is better, and the inci-dence of hypoglycemia and adverse reactions is reduced.
