Objective To analyze the cognitive status of hypoglycemia in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM)and its influencing factors.Methods A total of 158 GDM patients who were treated in the Department of Ob-stetrical of the First Hospital of Putian City from January 2022 to January 2024 were selected as the research objects.The self-made questionnaire of our hospital was used to investigate the basic data and the status of hypoglycemia cog-nition.Single factor and multiple regression analysis were used to analyze the influencing factors of hypoglycemia cog-nition in GDM patients.Results Single factor factoranalysis showed that there were statistically significant differences in hypoglycemia cognitive scores between patients with education level,history of hypoglycemia,and history of preg-nancy(all P<0.05).Multiple regression analysis showed that the education level of junior high school or senior high school was an independent risk factor for the cognitive status of hypoglycemia in GDM patients,and the history of hy-poglycemia and the history of pregnancy were protective factors(all P<0.05).Conclusion The education level of ju-nior high school or high school is an independent risk factor for the cognitive status of hypoglycemia in GDM patients,and the history of hypoglycemia and the history of pregnancy are protective factors.
