摘要
目的 分析老年糖尿病患者采取尿白蛋白(urine albumin,UALB)、β2 微球蛋白(β 2-microglobulin,β 2MG)检验的临床价值.方法 选取2023年2月—2024年2月南安市海都医院收治的82例老年糖尿病肾病患者作为研究组,选取同期82例单纯糖尿病患者作为对照组,均采取UALB、β2MG检测,比较两组检测结果,并绘制受试者操作特征(receiver operating characteristic,ROC)曲线分析不同指标检测在糖尿病肾病诊断中的价值.结果 研究组UALB、β2MG水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).ROC曲线显示,UALB的灵敏度为53.78%,特异度为88.39%;β2MG的灵敏度、特异度分别为55.83%、90.59%,联合检测的灵敏度、特异度分别为96.96%、96.92%.结论 UALB、β2MG联合检测老年糖尿病肾病灵敏度、特异度均更高.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical value of urine albumin(UALB)and β2-microglobulin(β2MG)in el-derly diabetic patients.Methods A total of 82 elderly patients with diabetic nephropathy admitted to Nan'an Haidu Hospital from February 2023 to February 2024 were selected as the study group,and 82 patients with simple diabetes during the same period were selected as the control group.UALB and β2MG tests were taken to compare the detection results of the two groups.Receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve was drawn to analyze the value of detection of different indexs in the diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy.Results The levels of UALB and β2MG in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).ROC curve showed that the sensitivity of UALB was 53.78%and the specificity was 88.39%,the sensitivity and specificity of β 2MG were 55.83%and 90.59%,and the sensitivity and specificity of combined detection were 96.96%and 96.92%.Conclusion The sensitivity and specificity of UALB and β2MG combined detection in elderly diabetic nephropathy were higher.
