摘要
目的 探讨吡格列酮联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病的临床效果.方法 选取2022年9月—2023年8月福建中医药大学附属人民医院收治的100例2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,根据不同的治疗方法分为两组,各50例.对照组接受二甲双胍治疗,观察组接受二甲双胍联合吡格列酮治疗,比较两组血糖水平、治疗效果、健康调查简表(MOS Item Short Form Health Survey,SF-36)评分.结果 治疗后,两组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平均降低,且观察组均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,两组SF-36评分均升高,且观察组均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).结论 使用吡格列酮联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病,可改善患者的血糖水平,提高其治疗效果,改善其生活质量.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of pioglitazone combined with metformin in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 100 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus admitted to Affiliated People's Hospital of Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2022 to August 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into two groups,50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with metformin,and the observation group was treated with metformin combined with pioglitazone.The blood glucose levels,treatment effect and score of MOS Item Short Form Health Survey(SF-36)were compared between two group.Results After treatment,the fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glu-cose,glycated hemoglobin A1c levels of the two groups decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observa-tion group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of SF-36 in the two groups were improved after treatment,and the observation group were higher than the con-trol group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of type 2 diabetes mel-litus with pioglitazone combined with metformin can improve the patient's blood glucose levels,improve its therapeu-tic effect,and improve its quality of life.
