Effect of Vitamin D Drops Combined with Double C Regimen on Blood Glucose and Maternal and Infant Outcomes in Patients with Gestational Diabetes Mellitus
Objective To analyze the intervention effect of vitamin D drops combined with double C regimen in pa-tients with gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods The clinical data of 98 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus admitted to Quanzhou First Hospital from June 2023 to February 2024 were retrospectively selected and divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment schemes,with 49 cases in each group.The con-trol group was treated with double C intervention,and the observation group was treated with vitamin D drops on the basis of the control group.The blood glucose index,islet function,maternal and infant outcomes were compared be-tween the two groups.Results After intervention,the 2-hour postprandial plasma glucose,fasting plasma glucose,in-sulin resistance index and the incidence of adverse maternal and infant outcomes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the insulin secretion index was higher than that in the control group,the differ-ences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Double C regimen combined with vitamin D drops can im-prove insulin secretion and blood glucose level in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus,and effectively curb the occurrence of adverse maternal and infant outcomes.
