Application Value of Staged Nursing Intervention Based on Compliance Curve Combined with Comprehensive Blood Glucose Nursing in Elderly Diabetic Patients with Femoral Neck Fracture
Objective To explore the application value of stage nursing intervention based on compliance curve com-bined with comprehensive blood glucose nursing in elderly patients with diabetes mellitus and femoral neck fracture.Methods A total of 80 elderly patients with diabetes mellitus and femoral neck fracture admitted to the Department of Orthopedics,the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangdong Pharmaceutical University from June 2021 to October 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given staged nursing intervention based on compliance curve,and the observation group was given comprehensive blood glucose nursing on the basis of the control group.The blood glucose control health behavior and blood glucose level were compared between the two groups.Results Before intervention,there were no significant difference in the scores of health behaviors of blood glucose control between the two groups(all P>0.05).After the intervention,the blood glucose control health behavior scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Before interven-tion,there were no significant difference in the levels of fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose,gly-cated hemoglobin A1c between the two groups(all P>0.05).After intervention,the fasting blood glucose,2-hour post-prandial blood glucose,glycated hemoglobin A1c in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Stage nursing intervention based on compli-ance curve combined with comprehensive blood glucose nursing can improve blood sugar control behavior and reduce blood sugar level in elderly patients with diabetes mellitus and femoral neck fracture,which has certain clinical value.
