Objective To analyze the impact of the implementation of the Internet's home-based continuous nursing intervention program on blood glucose and quality of life in diabetic patients.Methods From June 2022 to June 2023,76 patients with diabetes mellitus admitted to Jiaozhou Central Hospital of Qingdao were selected as the research ob-jects.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into two groups,38 cases in each group.The refer-ence group was given routine nursing,and the study group was given Internet home-based continuous nursing inter-vention.The blood glucose levels,quality of life scores,and medication compliance were compared between the two groups.Results The levels of fasting plasma glucose,2-hour postprandial plasma glucose and glycated hemoglobin A1c in the study group were lower than those in the reference group,the quality of life scores were higher than those in the reference group,and the total medication compliance was higher than that in the reference group,the differ-ences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion In the process of clinical nursing for diabetic patients,In-ternet home-based continuous nursing can stabilize the blood glucose level of patients and improve their quality of life and medication compliance.
