Objective To explore the application effect of fine nursing in diabetic hypoglycemia.Methods The clini-cal data of 78 patients with diabetic hypoglycemia admitted to Shandong Guoxin Yiyang Group Zaozhuang Central Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were retrospectively selected.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into observation group and control group,39 cases in each group.The control group was given rou-tine nursing,and the observation group was given fine nursing.The blood glucose control level and nursing satisfac-tion were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the fasting blood glucose of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the nursing satisfaction rate was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion Fine nursing can control the blood glucose level of diabetic patients with hypoglycemia and improve patient satisfaction.
