Intervention Analysis of Targeted Diet Nursing on Nutritional Status and Quality of Life in Hemodialysis Patients with Diabetic Nephropathy

目的 分析糖尿病肾病血液透析患者实施针对性饮食护理对营养状况和生活质量的影响.方法 选取2020年1月—2023年12月南京大学医学院附属盐城第一医院收治的69例行维持性血液透析的糖尿病肾病患者为研究对象,根据不同的饮食护理方法分为两组,对照组(n=34)给予常规饮食护理,观察组(n=35)在对照组基础上给予针对性饮食护理.比较两组改进主观整体评估量表(Modified Quantitative Subjective Global Assesssment,MQSGA)评分、健康调查简表(MOS Item Short From Health Survey,SF-36)评分.结果 观察组MQSGA评分低于对照组,SF-36评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).结论 对行维持性血液透析的糖尿病肾病患者实施针对性饮食护理,可改善其营养状态和生活质量.
Objective To analyze the effect of targeted diet nursing on nutritional status and quality of life in hemodi-alysis patients with diabetic nephropathy.Methods From January 2020 to December 2023,a total of 69 patients with diabetic nephropathy who underwent maintenance hemodialysis in Yancheng First Hospital Affiliated of Nanjing Uni-versity Medical College were selected as the study objects and divided into two groups according to different diet nurs-ing methods.The control group(n=34)was given routine diet nursing,and the observation group(n=35)was given tar-geted diet nursing on the basis of the control group.The Modified Quantitative Subjective Global Assessment(MQSGA)score and the MOS Item Short from Health Survey(SF-36)score were compared between the two groups.Results The MQSGA score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the SF-36 score were higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of targeted diet nursing for diabetic nephropathy patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis can improve their nutritional status and quality of life.
