Application of Accelerated Rehabilitation Surgery Concept in Periopera-tive Nursing of Patients with Primary Liver Cancer Complicated with Dia-betes Mellitus
Objective To investigate the effect of accelerated rehabilitation nursing in perioperative period for patients with primary liver cancer complicated with diabetes mellitus.Methods The clinical data of 62 patients with primary liver cancer complicated with diabetes mellitus admitted to Shandong Guoxin Yiyang Group Zaozhuang Central Hospi-tal from February 2021 to January 2023 were retrospectively selected and divided into observation group and control group according to different nursing methods,31 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received accelerated rehabilitation surgery nursing intervention based on the control group.The complication rate,blood glucose level and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The compli-cation rate,fasting blood glucose level and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose level in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the nursing satisfaction rate was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The concept of accelerated rehabilitation surgery can reduce the incidence of complications in patients with primary liver cancer and diabetes mellitus,reduce their blood glucose levels,and improve their satisfaction.
