Influence of Narrative Psychological Nursing Intervention on Negative Emotions of Patients with Diabetes Mellitus Complicated with Coronary Heart Disease
Objective To analyze the influence of narrative psychological nursing intervention on negative emotions in patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease(CHD).Methods Fifty-eight patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with coronary heart disease admitted to Macheng People's Hospital from March 2021 to March 2023,and were divided into two groups according to different nursing methods,with 29 cases in each group.The observation group received routine nursing combined with narrative psychological nursing while the control group received routine nursing.The negative psychological score,nursing satisfaction,fasting blood glucose and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose levels of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the nega-tive psychological score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the differences were sta-tistically significant(all P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,fasting blood glucose and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differ-ences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion Narrative psychological nursing can improve negative emotions and nursing satisfaction in patients with diabetes and coronary heart disease.
