Objective To explore the intervention effect of rehabilitation intervention based on motivational behavior transformation in patients with diabetic foot and its influence on quality of life.Methods A total of 94 patients with diabetic foot admitted to Shouguang People's Hospital from January 2022 to January 2024 were selected as the re-search objects and divided into two groups according to different nursing methods,with 47 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was combined with rehabilitation inter-vention based on motivational behavior transformation on the basis of the control group.The self-management level and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the self-management level of the two groups was improved,and the observation group was higher than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After intervention,the quality of life scores of the two groups decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation intervention based on motivational behavior transformation can improve the self-management ability and quality of life of patients with diabetic foot.
