Objective To analyze the application effect of ulinastatin combined with insulin pump in patients with dia-betes ketoacidosis.Methods From June 2021 to June 2023,60 patients with diabetic ketoacidosis admitted to Depart-ment of Emergency of Binzhou Medical University Hospital were selected as the research objects.According to differ-ent treatment methods,they were divided into control group(30 cases,treated with insulin pump)and observation group(30 cases,treated with ulinastatin combined with insulin pump).The clinical efficacy,symptom relief time,aci-dosis indexes,blood glucose related indexes and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the dif-ference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the urine ketone body negative time,blood glucose recovery time and pH value correction time in the observation group were shorter,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment,compared with the control group,the levels of serum β-hy-droxybutyric acid,lactic acid,fasting plasma glucose,2-hour postprandial plasma glucose and glycated hemoglobin A1c in the observation group were lower,carbon dioxide combining power was higher,and the differences were statisti-cally significant(all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion On the basis of insulin pump therapy,patients with diabetic ketoacidosis combined with ulinastatin have a definite effect,which can shorten the time of symptom relief,effectively improve the indexes of aci-dosis,reduce the levels of blood glucose,and have good safety.
