Objective To analyze the effect of insulin microinjection pump infusion on blood glucose levels in patients with diabetic ketoacidosis.Methods The clinical data of 96 patients with diabetic ketoacidosis admitted to Army 73rd Group Military Hospital from May 2023 to March 2024 were retrospectively selected and divided into two groups ac-cording to different treatment methods,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was treated with insulin intrave-nous drip,and the study group was treated with insulin microinjection pump infusion.The blood glucose levels,islet function,clinical indicators and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The time of blood glucose reaching the standard,the time of urine ketone body turning negative,the time of blood ketone body recovery and the time of hospitalization in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of glycated hemoglobin A1c,fasting blood glucose and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differ-ences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment,the fasting insulin,islet β cell function index and in-sulin resistance index in the study group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statisti-cally significant(all P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Insulin microinjection pump infusion has a good therapeutic effect on patients with diabetic ketoacidosis,and the risk of adverse reactions is low.It can also re-duce blood glucose levels,improve islet function,and promote patient recovery.
