目的 探讨卡格列净治疗慢性心力衰竭合并2型糖尿病的临床效果.方法 选取2022年1月—2023年6月石河子大学第一附属医院收治的80例慢性心力衰竭合并2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,根据不同治疗方法分为两组,各40例.对照组进行常规心衰治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上进行卡格列净治疗,比较两组临床疗效、能量代谢指标.结果 观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、血清游离脂肪酸、脂联素、瘦素水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).结论 卡格列净治疗慢性心力衰竭合并2型糖尿病,可改善患者的血糖及心肌代谢,提高治疗效果.
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of canagliflozin in the treatment of chronic heart failure with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 80 patients with chronic heart failure and type 2 diabetes mellitus admit-ted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Shihezi University from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional heart failure,and the observation group was treated with canagliflozin on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy and energy metabolism indexes of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of fasting plasma glucose,glycated hemoglobin A1c,free fatty acid,adiponectin and leptin in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differ-ences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Canagliflozin in the treatment of chronic heart failure complicated with type 2 diabetes mellitus can improve the blood glucose and myocardial metabolism of patients and improve the therapeutic effect.
