Objective To explore the clinical effect of diversified nursing intervention in pregnant women with gesta-tional diabetes mellitus.Methods Clinical data of 60 pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus admitted to the 80th Group Army Hospital of the PLA from January 2021 to August 2023 were retrospectively selected and di-vided into two groups according to different nursing methods.The reference group(30 cases)used traditional nursing methods,and the study group(30 cases)used diversified nursing intervention.Quality of life score,blood glucose level,negative emotion score and overall nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the levels of the scores of social relations,physical health,surrounding environment and mental health of the study group were higher than those of the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After nursing,the levels of fasting blood glucose,glycated hemoglobin A1c and 2-hour postprandial blood glu-cose in the study group were lower than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After nursing,the depression and anxiety scores of the study group were lower than those of the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The total satisfaction of nursing in the study group was higher than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Diversified nursing intervention for pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus can significantly improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction,and significantly improve blood glucose levels and negative emo-tions scores.
