基于同伴教育的延续护理对青少年糖尿病合并高血压患者生活质量的影响

摘要
目的 探究基于同伴教育的延续护理在青少年糖尿病合并高血压患者护理中的应用价值.方法 回顾性选取2021年9月—2024年3月山西省汾阳医院收治的88例青少年糖尿病合并高血压患者的临床资料,按照护理方法不同分为对照组(常规延续护理)、研究组(基于同伴教育的延续护理),各44例.比较两组血糖水平、血压水平、生活质量评分.结果 干预12周后,两组糖化血红蛋白、餐后2 h血糖、空腹血糖、收缩压、舒张压水平均明显降低,且观察组均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).干预12周后,两组生理功能、社会功能、精神活力、躯体运动评分明显升高,且观察组均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).结论 青少年糖尿病合并高血压患者应用基于同伴教育的延续护理,可有效控制血糖及血压水平,提高生活质量.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application value of continuous nursing based on peer education in the nursing of adolescents with diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension.Methods The clinical data of 88 adolescents with diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension admitted to Fenyang Hospital of Shanxi Province from Septem-ber 2021 to March 2024 were retrospectively selected,and were divided into control group(routine extended care)and study group(extended care based on peer education)according to different nursing methods,with 44 cases each.Blood glucose levels,blood pressure levels and quality of life scores were compared between the two groups.Results After 12 weeks of intervention,the levels of glycated hemoglobin A1c,2-hour postprandial blood glucose,fasting blood glucose,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in both groups were significantly decreased,and the study group were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After 12 weeks of intervention,the scores of physiological function,social function,mental vitality and physical movement of two groups were significantly increased,and the study group were higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of continuous nursing based on peer education in adolescent diabetic patients with hypertension can effectively control blood glucose and blood pressure levels and im-prove the quality of life.
