Objective To analyze the intervention effect of resistance combined with aerobic exercise on patients with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM).Methods The clinical data of 80 patients with GDM admitted to Pingliang Mater-nal and Child Health Hospital from January 2022 to June 2023 were retrospectively selected and divided into analysis group and control group according to different intervention methods, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was given routine intervention and aerobic exercise, while the analysis group was given routine intervention, resistance combined with aerobic exercise. The blood glucose levels, blood lipid levels and clinical efficacy were compared be-tween the two groups. Results After intervention, the levels of fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glu-cose and glycated hemoglobin A1c in the analysis group were lower than those in the control group, and the differ-ences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After intervention, the total cholesterol, triglyceride and low density li-poprotein cholesterol in the analysis group were lower than those in the control group, and the high density lipoprotein cholesterol was higher than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The to-tal effective rate of treatment in the analysis group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Resistance combined with aerobic exercise can effectively control the blood glucose and blood lipid levels of GDM patients, and the clinical efficacy is high.
