摘要
目的 探讨将化学发光免疫法应用于生化免疫检验中的意义.方法 选取2023年1-12月巨野县北城医院接诊的276例疑似糖尿病患者为研究对象,均实施生化免疫检验诊断,以口服葡萄糖耐量试验检测结果为金标准,分析化学发光免疫测定技术的诊断效能.结果 口服葡萄糖耐量试验检出231例阳性、45例阴性.化学发光免疫测定技术的准确度为97.83%(270/276)、灵敏度为98.27%(227/231)、特异度为95.56%(43/45)、误诊率为4.44%(2/45)、漏诊率为1.73%(4/231)、阳性预测值为99.13%(227/229)、阴性预测值为91.49%(43/47)、kappa值为0.921.结论 糖尿病生化免疫检验中,运用化学发光免疫测定技术的诊断具有较高的诊断价值.
Abstract
Objective To study the value of chemiluminescence immunoassay in the diagnosis of diabetes.Methods A total of 276 patients with suspected diabetes who were admitted to Juye Country North City Hospital from January to December 2023 were selected as the research objects.All patients were diagnosed by biochemical immunoassay.The results of oral glucose tolerance test were used as the gold standard to analyze the diagnostic efficacy of chemical lumi-nescence immunoassay.Results Oral glucose tolerance test detected 231 cases of positive,45 cases of negative.The accuracy,sensitivity,specificity,misdiagnosis rate,missed diagnosis rate,positive predictive value,negative predic-tive value of chemiluminescence immunoassay were 97.83%(270/276),98.27%(227/231),95.56%(43/45),4.44%(2/45),1.73%(4/231),99.13%(227/229),91.49%(43/47),and the kappa value was 0.921.Conclusion In the biochemi-cal immunoassay of diabetes,the use of chemiluminescence immunoassay has a high diagnostic value.
