Effect of Dapagliflozin Combined with Metformin on Blood Glucose and Is-let Function in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的 分析在2型糖尿病患者治疗中采取达格列净协同二甲双胍治疗的临床效果及对血糖与胰岛功能的影响.方法 选取2021年3月—2023年3月厦门市同安区中医医院收治的86例2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象,以治疗方法的不同分为观察组(43例,采用达格列净、二甲双胍片治疗)和对照组(43例,采用二甲双胍片治疗).比较两组血糖水平、胰岛功能、不良反应发生率.结果 治疗后,观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).治疗后,观察组胰岛素抵抗指数、空腹C肽、餐后2 h C肽水平均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 达格列净与二甲双胍片协同治疗有助于提高2型糖尿病患者的治疗效果,稳定血糖水平,较单一应用二甲双胍片治疗而言,协同用药更能改善胰岛功能,且并未增加不良反应.
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of dapagliflozin combined with metformin in the treatment of pa-tients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and the effect on blood glucose and islet function.Methods A total of 86 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus admitted to Xiamen Tong'an District Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from March 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to different treatment methods,they were di-vided into observation group(43 cases,treated with dapagliflozin and metformin tablets)and control group(43 cases,treated with metformin tablets).The blood glucose levels,islet function and incidence of adverse reactions were com-pared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of fasting plasma glucose,2-hour postprandial plasma glucose and glycated hemoglobin A1c in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment,the insulin resistance index,fasting C-peptide and 2-hour postprandial C-peptide levels in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The synergistic treatment of dapagliflozin and metfor-min tablets is helpful to improve the therapeutic effect of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and stabilize the blood glucose levels.Compared with the single application of metformin tablets,the synergistic treatment can improve the is-let function,and does not increase the adverse reactions.
