Effectiveness Analysis of Semaglutide Injection and Ezetimibe Tablets in the Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus with Coronary Heart Disease and Angina Pectoris
Objective To analyze the actual therapeutic effect of the combination regimen smeglutide+ezetimibe tab-lets in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease(referred to as coronary heart disease)angina pectoris. Methods A total of 100 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris admitted to Jiexi People's Hospital from January to December 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to different treatment methods, they were divided into two groups, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional treatment+ezetimibe tablets, and the study group was treated with semeglutide on the basis of the control group. The blood glucose index,Minnesota Heart Insufficiency Quality of Life Scale score, angina pectoris attack frequency and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glu-cose,Minnesota cardiac insufficiency quality of life scale score and angina pectoris attack frequency in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and those in the study group were lower than the control group, the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions be-tween the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with coronary heart dis-ease and angina pectoris were treated with smeglutide+ezetimibe tablets, which could improve the effect of blood glu-cose control and improve cardiac function, and the drug safety was high.
