Objective To study the nursing effect of predictive nursing in patients with cerebral hemorrhage compli-cated with diabetes mellitus. Methods A total of 100 patients with cerebral hemorrhage complicated with diabetes mellitus who were admitted to Wenshang County Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2020 to Decem-ber 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to different nursing methods, the patients were divided into two groups, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was given routine general nursing intervention, and the ob-servation group was given predictive nursing on the basis of the control group. The blood glucose level, quality of life and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing, the levels of fasting plasma glucose,2-hour postprandial plasma glucose and glycated hemoglobin A1c in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After nursing, the quality of life score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the differences were statisti-cally significant(all P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the con-trol group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of predictive nurs-ing for patients with cerebral hemorrhage combined with diabetes mellitus can improve their quality of life, reduce blood glucose level and the incidence of complications.
