综合护理用于2型糖尿病护理的价值研究

摘要
目的 分析综合护理对2型糖尿病患者血糖水平及生活质量的影响.方法 选取2022年1月—2023年3月滨州医学院附属医院收治的70例2型糖尿病病患者为研究对象,按照护理方法不同将患者分为对照组和观察组,各35例.对照组采取常规护理,观察组采取综合护理干预.比较两组血糖水平及生活质量评分.结果 护理前,两组血糖水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05).护理后,观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).观察组生活质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).结论 综合护理可调节2型糖尿病患者的血糖水平,使其保持健康的生活习惯.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing on blood glucose level and quality of life in pa-tients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 70 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus admitted to Binzhou Medical University Hospital from January 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to dif-ferent nursing methods,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 35 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received comprehensive nursing interven-tion.The blood glucose levels and quality of life scores were compared between the two groups.Results Before nurs-ing,there was no significant difference in blood glucose level between the two groups(both P>0.05).After nursing,the levels of fasting blood glucose and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The quality of life score of the ob-servation group was higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing can regulate the blood glucose level of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus,so that they can maintain healthy living habits.
