Objective To explore the intervention effect of comprehensive nursing on maintenance hemodialysis pa-tients with diabetes nephropathy.Methods A total of 70 diabetic nephropathy maintenance hemodialysis patients ad-mitted to Yancheng First Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing University Medical College(Yancheng NO.1 People's Hospi-tal)from March 2021 to January 2024 were selected as the research objects,and divided into 35 patients according to different nursing methods.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received comprehen-sive nursing.The quality of life score,blood glucose levels,nutritional status and skin pruritus of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the scores of quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Fasting blood glucose,2-hour postpran-dial blood glucose levels and nutritional status scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The pruritus site,sleep effect,severity and pruri-tus frequency scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were sta-tistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing can ensure the nursing quality of diabetes pa-tients with maintenance hemodialysis.
