快速康复护理在妊娠期糖尿病患者剖宫产围术期护理中的应用效果

摘要
目的 探究快速康复护理在妊娠期糖尿病(gestational diabetes mellitus,GDM)患者剖宫产围术期护理中的应用价值.方法 选择2021年6月—2023年6月河西学院附属张掖人民医院行剖宫产的80例GDM患者,按护理方法不同分为常规组(n=40,常规围术期护理)、观察组(n=40,快速康复护理),比较两组血糖水平、并发症及低血糖发生风险、生活质量.结果 出院前1 d,观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平均低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).观察组并发症发生率低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组低血糖发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).出院前1 d,观察组生活质量评分高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 在GDM患者剖宫产围术期护理中应用快速康复护理,可改善患者血糖水平,降低并发症发生风险,提升其生活质量.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application value of rapid rehabilitation nursing in perioperative nursing of cesar-ean section in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM).Methods A total of 80 GDM patients who underwent cesarean section in Zhangye People's Hospital Affiliated to Hexi University from June 2021 to June 2023 were se-lected and divided into routine group(n=40,routine perioperative nursing)and observation group(n=40,rapid reha-bilitation nursing)according to different nursing methods.Blood glucose levels,complications,risk of hypoglycemia and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results One day before discharge,the levels of fasting blood glu-cose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose and glycated hemoglobin A1c in the observation group were lower than those in the routine group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the routine group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of hypoglycemia between the two groups(P>0.05).One day before discharge,the quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the routine group,and the differ-ence was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of rapid rehabilitation nursing in the periopera-tive nursing of GDM patients with cesarean section can improve the blood glucose level,reduce the risk of complica-tions,and improve their quality of life.
