协同护理模式对老年T2DM患者自我管理行为的影响

摘要
目的 探索协同护理模式对老年2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes mellitus,T2DM)患者自我管理行为的影响.方法 选取2021年1月—2023年12月天祝藏族自治县人民医院收治的60例老年T2DM患者为研究对象,按护理方法不同分为对照组(n=30,常规护理干预)、观察组(n=30,协同护理模式),比较两组自我管理行为、血糖指标改善情况、护理依从性.结果 护理后,观察组自我管理行为评分、护理总依从率均高于对照组,空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).结论 协同护理模式应用在老年T2DM患者护理中,可改善患者自我管理行为,纠正血糖水平并提高其护理依从性.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of collaborative nursing model on self-management behavior in elderly pa-tients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods Sixty elderly T2DM patients admitted to Tianzhu Tibetan Au-tonomous County People's Hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects.Accord-ing to different nursing methods,they were divided into control group(n=30,conventional nursing intervention)and observation group(n=30,cooperative nursing mode).Self-management behavior,improvement of blood glucose in-dexes and nursing compliance of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the scores of self-management behavior and the total compliance rate of nursing in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the levels of fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose and glycated hemoglobin A1c in the obser-vation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of collaborative nursing model in the nursing of elderly T2DM patients can improve pa-tients'self-management behavior,correct blood glucose level and improve their nursing compliance.
