Analysis of the Effectiveness and Satisfaction of Continuous Nursing Inter-vention in Improving Vascular Access during Maintenance Hemodialysis in Diabetic Nephropathy Patients
Objective To explore the clinical effect of continuous nursing on vascular access in maintenance hemodialysis-diabetic nephropathy(MHD-DN).Methods A total of 78 patients with MDD-DN admitted to Fengxian People's Hospital from January 2021 to October 2023 were selected and divided into two groups according to different nursing methods, with 39 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing and the observation group received continuous nursing. The use of vascular access, complications and nursing satisfaction were compared be-tween the two groups. Results The service life of arteriovenous fistula, blood flow and long-term catheter service life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the score of skin pruritus symptom was lower than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the differ-ence was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous nursing can improve the use of vascular access in patients with MDD-DN,reduce vascular access complications, and enhance patient satisfaction.
