Objective To analyze the effectiveness of diversified nursing in the nursing of gestational diabetes melli-tus.Methods From December 2022 to December 2023,a total of 80 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus admit-ted to the Second People's Hospital of Panyu Guangzhou were selected as the research objects.They were divided into two groups according to different nursing methods,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received traditional nursing,and the observation group received diversified nursing.The blood glucose,emotional state,adverse pregnancy outcome and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the levels of fasting plasma glucose,2-hour postprandial plasma glucose and glyclated hemoglobin A1c in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the scores of State Anxiety Inventory and Trait Anxiety Inventory were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion The use of diversified nursing in gestational diabetes mellitus care can improve the patient's blood glucose levels,reduce the patient's negative emotions,and have higher nursing satisfaction.
