目的 探析布拉氏酵母菌及乳果糖联用在糖尿病便秘治疗中的作用.方法 选取2022年1-12月济南市钢城区人民医院收治的80例糖尿病便秘患者为研究对象,按照治疗方法不同将患者分为两组,每组40例.对照组应用布拉氏酵母菌治疗,观察组应用布拉氏酵母菌联合乳果糖治疗.比较两组临床疗效、临床症状评分、不良反应发生情况及血糖水平.结果 观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗前,两组临床症状评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05);治疗后,观察组排便时间、排便次数、大便形状、排便难度评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗前,两组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05);治疗后,观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).结论 在糖尿病便秘治疗中,应用布拉氏酵母菌联合乳果糖方案,可以有效地提升治疗效果,改善症状指征,降低不良反应发生率,快速促进患者的胃肠道功能恢复正常.
Objective To explore the effect of Saccharomyces boulardii combined with lactulose in the treatment of diabetic constipation.Methods A total of 80 patients with diabetic constipation admitted to Jinan Gangcheng District People's Hospital from January to December 2022 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Saccharomyces boulardii,and the observation group was treated with Saccharomyces boulardii combined with lactulose.The clinical efficacy,clinical symptom score,adverse reactions and blood glucose levels were compared be-tween the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in clinical symptom scores between the two groups(all P>0.05).After treatment,the defecation time,def-ecation frequency,stool shape and defecation difficulty scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Be-fore treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in the levels of fasting plasma glucose,2-hour post-prandial plasma glucose and glycated hemoglobin A1c between the two groups(all P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of fasting plasma glucose,2-hour postprandial plasma glucose and glycated hemoglobin A1c in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of diabetic constipation,the application of Saccharomyces boulardii combined with lactulose regimen can effectively improve the therapeutic effect,improve the symptoms,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and quickly promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function.
